This Church will minister to all people who desire its services. In particular, emphasis will be given to making disciples of all believers, teaching all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, teaching them to observe all things which have been commanded by the Word of God, (Matthew 28:19) and “. . . perfecting. . . the saints for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the Body of Christ: Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ” (Ephesians 4:12-13).
Worship services, with an emphasis on teaching the Word of God, will be conducted each Sunday morning. This is in compliance with “. . .not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another; and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching” (Hebrews 10:25). Other services and times of fellowship will be added as congregational growth occurs.
The government of Revelation of the Word Ministries will follow the New Testament definition of the Church; Jesus Christ will be the Head of the Church (Ephesians 1:22; 5:23; Colossians 1:18). The Co-Pastors will choose an Administrative Team, as defined in Article VI below, to assist in the ministry of the Church.
